Financial Accounting Module
The Accounting module has the following features, Accounts Receivable, Account payables, Chart of Accounts, Transaction Ledger, Pay for Expence, Easy Reconciliation, Financial Reports, Analytic Dashboard, and Assets & Revenues. Use approval workflows to Pay Vendor Bills or Receive Payments for Invoices and carry out daily, weekly and monthly reconciliations. Generate FIRS compliant reports for income statement, general ledger, balance sheet, statement of account, business Intelligence, etc.
Sales (Supply Chain) Module
Odoo Sales module is a robust sales management system that automates entire enterprise sales cycle. Process all sales via approval workflow of sales documents from sales department (RFQ to Quote to Sales Order) to accounting department (Sales Order to Invoice to Receive Payment). Track customer payments, invoice customers based on time and materials, easily record contracts and track invoicing phases, maintain renewal and upselling opportunities, and manage your credit notes and debit notes. Receive mulitple part payments or full payments for invoices.
CRM (Marketing) Module
The Customer Management module help our Clients to manage pipeline of all Customers from Contacts to Opportunities to Leads to Sales. The Customer Management module has the following features; Contacts, Leads, Opportunities, Customers, Pipeline, Targets, Reporting, Integrations. An intuitive user interface designed for sales. A Dashboard for a better overview of the sales activities. Use predefined dashboards or build your own with the advanced reporting engine.
Procurement Module
Process all procurements via approval workflow of vendor documents from procurement department (RFQ to Quote to Purchase Order) to accounting department (Purchase Order to Vendor Bills to Payment). Automated procurement rules depending on stock levels, purchase orders, logistic rules, sales orders, forecast manufacturing orders, etc. Select different replenishment methods for each product depending on your manufacturing and delivery strategies. Also manage your; vendors, demand chain, vendor payment, etc.
Warehouse Module
The Warehouse module has the following features; Stock Transfer, Multi Inventory, Advanced Routing, Productivity, Replenishments, Traceability, Products, Inventory Valuation, and Reporting. Scan products in your warehouse using the barcode scanner. Control your dashboards and track orders wherever you are. Easily manage a single inventory or a complex multi-warehouses environment by activating features on demand.
Manufacturing Module
Process all Manufacture Orders (MO) in batches and link a Bill of Material (BOM) to each MO. Setup BOM to be linked to Raw Material Warehouse in order to track raw material inventory based on produced items. Odoo Manufacturing module can be used to manage the following: PLM, Bill of Materials, Versioning, Routings, Worksheets, Planning, Control Panel, Work orders, MPS, Routes, Procurement Rules, Control Points, Checks (SPC), Alerts, Equipment Management, Maintenance Requests, Shop Floor Automation, etc.
HRM Module
We have customized Odoo HRM to offer Employee Master Data, Leave, Appraisal, Payroll, Training, Expense, Engagement and Exit, etc. HR unit can manage all employee data and processes for all Employees. Role based permission and workflow from Employees to Managers to HR Manager. Employee Self Service provides Employees with access to carry out HR functions within their own profile. The payroll module covers; pay slip, pay components, allowances, tax, pension, hmo, housing, deductions, cooperatives, leave allowance, performance allowance, etc.
Distributors (Agents) Portal
Odoo Customer portal has been customized by PIS to offer access to unlimited number of sales teams or distributors who are on the field. These teams can use browsers on mobile phone to initiate sales transactions that are approved by Sales Managers from the Office. All Sales transactions and goods delivery transactions can also be tracked by the distributors and by the company sales department. Workflows for submission of quotes, delivery notes, credit notes, etc will be automated within the system.

PIS has built a high quality team of multinational software developers. This has enabled us create our own copyright software solutions for Financial, HR and Education. This same highly experienced team is always part of every Odoo custom development. We strongly believe that off-the-shelf ERP applications cannot be used in Africa without high level customization that entails code development of existing modules and creation of new custom modules and plugins.
Integration
Enterprise Software deployment always entails integration with some existing applications in the Cleint's environment. The success of such critical integration determines the success of Project. PIS has a team of data engineers and developers that will implement API layer and scripts for real time or batch integration of third party systems with Odoo ERP. Data import scripts are also used for data migration during deployment.
